I am going to do it - starting today...so that's Feb 22 until March 14th.....how hard can it be to work out every day and not put any harmful substance into my body???

If you are having trouble, break your goal down into smaller parts. Once you've made one aspect a habit, start on the next. That way when you get frustrated, you can look back and say, "I did that, so I can do this!"
