I grew up in a family with regular sit-down dinners, and I would love to continue the same tradition with my own family although we bump into the same problem that many families face: my husband’s work hours make it difficult to have a family dinner at a reasonable hour. But we don’t want to give up easily. Dinner time is about meals that fuel your body and conversations that nourish your soul, and it’s worth a try. What do you think?
