As the date of the July bar exam approaches, many of you may experience sudden panic from
time to time. Here’s a quick trick to quiet those worries. Do some high energy exercises for just a few minutes. It has to be something vigorous enough to distract your mind from negative thoughts, so do a set of push-ups, sit-ups, some kickboxing moves or just run up and down stairs. It will release the tension build-up in your body and ease your anxiety. And it’s a good way to spend your study break, so give it a try.
What do you do to lower your stress level?

You are so right for everything! My favourite high energy exercises are the water exercises! They are wonderful and always help me!
