How selective are you when it comes to the images that appear in front of your eyes, sounds that you hear, words that you use? What we feed to our senses affects our perceptions, emotions, and vibrations. We don’t always have a choice of blocking negative signals, and there is no need to, as long as we have tools to counterbalance the undesirable effects with strong positive messages that help us stay centered, peaceful, and aware. Visualizations, vision boards, meditation, affirmations are all helpful techniques to bring balance and clarity to our hectic lives.
